The Whyman Group was instrumental in making the event a great success. Their willingness to accommodate all requests (and requests for change) at short notice was greatly appreciated. UKRO is based in Brussels, but communication was excellent at all times, in spite of only meeting up once prior to the event.
The Whyman Group also took a proactive approach in liaising with the conference venue, which helped immensely in organising the event. The conference website was of an excellent standard, as was communication with all attendees. The Whyman Group have delivered two conferences for me over the last five years to an absolutely excellent standard.
The most recent event was the World Summit of Arts and Culture, organised to great effect. Involving many local and international artists from over 80 countries involving 500 people – a superb event that involved managing international cultures and expectations, speeches from many parts of the world and incredible local know-how including a mass visit to The Alnwick Gardens for 500 people, featured widely in the press. Excellent organisation and total commitment to making the event a success.
Other events I have been involved in have been excellently prepared, although in those instances I was not the overall organiser. The reputation of this group in the region is excellent, and their networks very powerful.
I have no hesitation in recommending The Whyman Group for any event management opportunity. Their customer care is exemplary and problem solving abilities next to none. They will not let you down. Creatively, they have many ideas to add to yours and will make your event a resounding success. Their partnerships in the NE add constructively to any event.
